Yoli is extremely excited to announce that Brian and Sarah McCoy have just recently become the very first Members all across Yoli Nation ever to advance to the rank of Blue Diamond.
This is an especially amazing accomplishment and Yoli is truly blessed that this amazing young couple caught the Yoli vision, and are out there leading the charge.
We caught up with Brian and Sarah recently and asked them the following questions:
How does it feel to be Yoli’s very first Blue Diamonds?
Feel’s great, but feels even better to see all our team advancing. We’ve found that by focusing on your people, your rank advancements take care of themselves.
What would you say were the 3 most important things in helping you achieve BD?
1 – Teach your people to follow the Better Body System so they can transform their lives. This inspires belief in what we do. Luckily, Yoli corporate has done a great job of this for us!
2 – Focus on keeping the business simple. We focus on the simple 2 by 2 system and party packs. Party Packs are important because they help get the person invested and serious about their business.
3 – Identify 2-5 leaders within your team and communicate with them almost daily and set measurable goals.
How does it feel to be responsible for transforming so many lives?
It feels amazing! We believe one of the things that matters the most in life is how many people you help and it feels good to be able to inspire others to dream, believe, and achieve. We get to transform people from both a health perspective and a wealth perspective.
What are your goals for the future?
More of the same. We have lots of people who have great hope and we are motivated by helping inspire them to achieve their goals. It’s very gratifying to help someone completely transform their life when before Yoli, they may have lost their belief. There are so many people we are helping with the Better Body System and there are so many more we can help, so that drives us.
What would you say to people who are sitting on the sidelines?
What are you waiting for? Follow the Better Body System so you can transform your health. Then plug into the simple 2 by 2 business system and with consistent daily effort, people are going Diamond in 6 months or less. I always say if 1 or more people have done it, then why not me? So… why not you?

This is great news since, according to a recent article in the Wall Street Journal, the college class of 2012 is in for a rude welcome to the world of work. A weak labor market already has left half of young college graduates either jobless or underemployed in positions that don’t fully use their skills and knowledge.
In Weak Job Market, One In Two College Graduates Are Jobless Or Underemployed
Young adults with bachelor’s degrees are increasingly scraping by in lower-wage jobs – waiter or waitress, bartender, retail clerk or receptionist, for example – and that’s confounding their hopes a degree would pay off despite higher tuition and mounting student loans.
About 1.5 million, or 53.6 percent, of bachelor’s degree-holders under the age of 25 last year were jobless or underemployed, the highest share in at least 11 years. In 2000, the share was at a low of 41 percent, before the dot-com bust erased job gains for college graduates in the telecommunications and IT fields.
Out of the 1.5 million who languished in the job market, about half were underemployed, an increase from the previous year.
Broken down by occupation, young college graduates were heavily represented in jobs that require a high school diploma or less.
In the last year, they were more likely to be employed as waiters, waitresses, bartenders and food-service helpers than as engineers, physicists, chemists and mathematicians combined (100,000 versus 90,000). There were more working in office-related jobs such as receptionist or payroll clerk than in all computer professional jobs (163,000 versus 100,000). More also were employed as cashiers, retail clerks and customer representatives than engineers (125,000 versus 80,000).
According to government projections released last month, only three of the 30 occupations with the largest projected number of job openings by 2020 will require a bachelor’s degree or higher to fill the position – teachers, college professors and accountants. Most job openings are in professions such as retail sales, fast food and truck driving, jobs which aren’t easily replaced by computers.

We just received this update from our very first YoliGive partner, Trees for the Future. Through this partnership, every time a new Member comes onboard, 10 trees are planted.

Thanks to you and other steadfast friends, 2011 has been another successful year for Trees for the Future as we work alongside scores of communities across Asia, Africa, and the Americas.
For example, in Kenya we recently raised 50,000 seedlings, 80% of which will be planted inside Mount Kenya Forest, a crucial ecological habitat in central Kenya that has suffered for years from overlogging.
In Haiti, we have worked with communities in Medor and Potmo to raise 50,000 seedlings, which will be planted on degraded mountains, in farmer’s fields, and around water catchments to help prevent soil erosion and provide firewood to farmers and their families.
In Ethiopia, over 255,700 seedlings from 22 tree species have been planted in four communities as part of the Konso project.
All told, Trees for the Future planted over 12 million trees in 15 countries in 2011, restoring thousands of acres of degraded land to sustainable agricultural productivity. Because of our work, families are able to produce more food on improved soil, and they have more fodder for their animals and more firewood for cooking.
