Congratulations to new Triple Diamond Chris Medina who is blowing through the leadership ranks like it’s nobody’s business.
While in Vegas, we caught up with Chris and asked him the following questions:
How was the VIP Diamond Retreat?
The event was very impressively amazing and full of fun. I was blown away by all the new announcements that will be released soon.
The accommodations, the formal dinner, the Jersey Boys Show, were all great! The most important thing I was able to rub shoulders with other leaders and for that I commend the Yoli founders for fully understanding the power of building relationships.
What’s the difference between hitting Diamond & Triple Diamond?
Hitting Diamond for the first time is just the stepping stone of my leadership career. I know that for things to get better I need to get better and for things to change I need to change! My focus is to improve myself and learn the skill set to be a great servant leader. My job is to transform peoples lives and help my team and teach them the art of duplication, using the simple getting started system. Achieving the Triple Diamond rank is just the repercussions of my hard work, teamwork, dedication and consistency of doing the IPA’s (Income Producing Activities).
How have you used the Diamond Elite Pack since it’s been launched?
I love the Party Pack but the Diamond Elite Pack is much sweeter! I know that in our comp plan we are paid not on how many people we brought in but how much volume we put in.
I share the importance of buying the Diamond Elite Pack with my team and to those prospects who are serious about building their Yoli business. I created the mindset of an entrepreneur and emphasized the significance of having enough product for you inventory and to build momentum.

Attending to the Dream Conference in October is HUGE and very important to take your Yoli biz to the new level. Leaders are born at events! So true and that’s the reason why I am successful because of those previous events that I attended. Without those events for sure I would not be here! My advise is to do everything in your power to bring as many team members to the Dream Conference as possible and you will be glad you did!
